T2 Biosystems provides a team atmosphere that enhances engagement. Every Friday, employees proudly sport the company color – orange. Team members run the “Orange You Glad It’s Friday” program, a bi-weekly gathering hosted by different departments. The company caters a monthly lunch so everyone can get together informally. We also organize and sponsor an annual summer outing, holiday party and many social events. In addition, T2 Biosystems supports charitable organizations through company events, including the “Strike out Sepsis” bowling benefit for the Sepsis Alliance, the “World Sepsis Day” fundraiser matched by company donations, food drives for the local food pantry and toy drives during the holidays, just to name a few.
