Kelley Morgan

Chief People Officer

Kelley Morgan joined T2 in March of 2014 and is the Chief People Officer. She brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, primarily in rapidly-growing and innovative life science organizations. Before joining T2, Kelley held leadership positions at Sarepta Therapeutics, Synageva BioPharma, and Aspect Medical Systems, following several other human resources roles of increasing responsibility.

Kelley has extensive experience in all aspects of global human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and leadership development. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
